Commandes

When validating my order to pay, I receive the message “The contents of your basket are not compatible with your country of delivery”
The first time you visit our online store, you will be identified according to the country linked to your public IP address and matched with the stock available in the region. If you are using a VPN, or if you are in a different country to the one listed on your delivery address, the available stock displayed may not be the same as the one in your delivery country.

1. Start by selecting your delivery country, either:

1.a. (if your basket is not empty) on the payment page.

1.b. (if your basket is empty) on the “My account” page in the “Addresses” section.

2. Empty your basket.

3. Put your products back in the basket.

4. Complete your order.

What should I do if I have received a faulty article ?

Can I change or cancel my order ?
You cannot change an order after it has been confirmed. However, you can cancel an order before it is sent. If you would like to cancel your order after it has been sent, you will have to pay for the return costs as detailed in our general terms and conditions of sale.

Livraisons

I haven’t received a tracking number. What should I do?

Can I track my order?
You will receive an order tracking number from your delivery company as soon as they have received your package.

Paiements

Will I have to pay international bank fees on my payment?
Depending on your bank and the country in which you purchased your order, you may have to pay additional fees which we have no control over.
Can I pay with Paypal or Stripe?
We do not currently use Paypal or Stripe at the moment.
What should I do if my payment has been rejected?

Will I have to pay extra fees on my order?
Aside from any special offers, the price of products in our online store will always be higher than those offered as part of a crowdfunding campaign such as Kickstarter.
When will my account be debited after confirming my order?
Your account will be debited as soon as you have confirmed your order.
